La Asamblea General de la comunidad de La Yerbabuena en resistencia se dirige a ustedes para reiterar nuestra voluntad y convicción de mantenernos en resistencia por el derecho que nos asiste a vivir pública y pacíficamente por más de 30 años en esta población, lo que de acuerdo con el marco jurídico vigente en nuestra nación y de los tratados internacionales de los que México es parte, es que venimos ha informar lo siguiente:

PRIMERO.- El día 22 de junio de este año se presentaron en nuestra comunidad de La Yerbabuena el Director de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado del Municipio de Comala RAMÓN RAMIREZ VIRGEN acompañado por ex pobladores de La Yerbabuena y actuales residentes de la colonia La Yerbabuena II en Cofradía de Suchitlán, para formar un comité de agua.

SEGUNDO.- El miércoles 22 de julio de 2009 se presentó el supuesto comprador de un predio, quien con maquinaria destruyó y dañó mangueras del agua y la luz afectando al compañero ANTONIO ALTAMIRANO.

TERCERO.- El sábado 25 de julio del año que corre, nuevamente se presentaron residentes de la Colonia La Yerbabuena II he hicieron modificaciones en la red del agua, quitando llaves de paso que nosotros los pobladores habíamos instalado para evitar la derrama del líquido.

CUARTO.- El día 08 de agosto de 2009 intentaron ampliar la red del agua por cien metros para abrir tomas a predios deshabitados, lo que significa un perjuicio par los actuales habitantes de la comunidad en resistencia de La Yerbabuena.

QUINTO.- La comunidad en resistencia de La Yerbabuena se ha encargado de los serviciospúblicos, así como de la Extracción, Mantenimiento, Uso, Distribución y Aprovechamiento del Agua. Dado que es imprescindible para nuestra subsistencia la Asamblea General ha determinado solo seguir proveyendo de agua a las casas habitadas por los pobladores existentes actualmente participen o no en nuestra resistencia.

SEXTO.- La Asamblea General ha instruido a la Comisión para la Extracción, Mantenimiento, Uso, Distribución y Aprovechamiento del Agua para que realice las siguientes acciones: 1) Corrijan las alteraciones que sufrió la red de agua para mantener el suministro de agua a los residentes de La Yerbabuena; 2) Que haga las denuncias legales ante las autoridades correspondientes respecto por los daños que sufrió la red de agua.

SÉPTIMO.- La comunidad en resistencia de La Yerbabuena invita a los medios de comunicación, a las organizaciones hermanas, colectivos, a las y los de La Otra Campaña y a todas y todos los individuos de buen corazón y con intensiones solidarias, a que vengan el día 30 de agosto del presente año a las 12:00 para una sesión informativa sobre los acontecimientos recientes en la comunidad, así como futuras actividades.Las anteriores acciones y determinaciones las hemos realizado con un espíritu democrático y una muestra más de que somos una comunidad organizada en la defensa de sus derechos ante la amenaza de despojo y reubicación en contra de nuestra voluntad.

YERBABUENA COMMUNITY OF RESISTANCE IN THE MOST RECENT HARASSMENT COMPLAINT
TO THE PEOPLES AND GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD. PEOPLE OF COLIMA AND MEXICO. A MEDIA
The General Assembly of the community of La Yerbabuena in resistance is to you to reiterate our will and conviction to stay in the right strength for us to attend public and live peacefully for over 30 years in this population, which according to the existing legal framework in our nation and the international treaties to which Mexico is party, is that we have had to report the following:
FIRST .- On 22 June this year occurred in our community of La Yerbabuena the Director of Water and Sewer Municipality of Ramon Ramirez VIRGIN Comala accompanied by former residents of La Yerbabuena and current residents of Colonia La Yerbabuena II Suchitlán Brotherhood to form a water committee.
SECOND .- On Wednesday, July 22, 2009 was presented the alleged purchaser of a property, who destroyed machinery and damaged water hoses and light affect the mate Antonio Altamirano.
THIRD .- On Saturday 25 July current year, residents were presented again Colonia La Yerbabuena II have made changes to the network of water, removing cocks we the people had settled to avoid spilling the liquid.
FOURTH .- On August 08 of 2009 sought to expand the water network by one hundred meters to open outlets in unoccupied properties, which means a loss even the present inhabitants of the community in resistance of La Yerbabuena.
FIVE .- The community of La Yerbabuena resistance has charge of servicespublic, and the Extraction, Maintenance, Use, Distribution and Use of Water. Since it is essential to our livelihoods General Assembly has determined to continue providing water only to houses occupied by existing residents currently participate or not in our resistance.
SIX .- The General Assembly has instructed the Commission for the Extraction, Maintenance, Use, Distribution and Use of Water to undertake the following actions: 1) correct the alterations suffered by the network of water to maintain water supply to the residents of La Yerbabuena, 2) To make legal complaints with the appropriate authorities regarding the damages suffered by the water network.
SEVEN .- The community of La Yerbabuena resistance invites media to sister organizations, collectives, and to the Other Campaign and any and all individuals of good hearts and intentions of solidarity, to come on On August 30 this year at 12:00 for a briefing on recent developments in the community and future activities.
The above actions and determinations we have made in a democratic spirit and a further demonstration that we are an organized community in defending their rights against the threat of dispossession and relocation against our will.
